"New Snow Strike": amateur meteorologists promise heavy snowfall

      Today, April 19, the public group "Amateur Meteorology in Kirov" warned residents of the region about a "new snow strike." According to the authors, a southern cyclone will approach the Kirov region on the night of Monday, bringing heavy snowfall. Initially, it will occur in the southern part of the region, and by noon it will reach Kirov. Snowfall of varying intensity with possible short breaks will continue until Wednesday morning. According to amateur meteorologists, by the morning of April 22, the snow cover in the region may reach a height of 1 to 20 centimeters. The highest is expected along the line of Yaran - Afanasyevo. In Kirov, up to 10-15 centimeters of snow will fall.
