In late March 2026, a 19-year-old resident of the Pervomaisky District gave birth to a daughter. The girl is an orphan and previously received an apartment from the state as someone in need of housing. After being discharged from the maternity hospital, she began living there with her newborn.
During a visit to the family, the district pediatrician identified a lack of conditions for proper care of the child. This information was forwarded to the commission for juvenile affairs and the protection of their rights in the Pervomaisky District, which had previously recognized the family as being in a socially dangerous situation.
As a result of the inspection and with the assistance of concerned citizens, the family was provided with and had a washing machine installed. Additionally, upon the commission's recommendation, the young mother contacted the rental point of the "Family Multifunctional Center" to arrange a sleeping place for her daughter, as well as the public organization "My Family" to create comfortable living conditions.
