Services for individuals have "moved" from Rosreestr to State Services.

      According to the agency, these services include, for example, registration in the state cadastral account, accounting in connection with changes to information about the real estate object, registration of previously acquired rights, registration of rights restrictions, encumbrances on real estate, and others. The Rosreestr noted that this "relocation" was made as part of optimizing the process of providing state services and developing a centralized system of government services. To obtain services, individuals need to: have a verified account on the Gosuslugi portal, go to the "Land Home" subsection of the "Services" section or use the search through the digital assistant "Robot Max," fill out an electronic application, sign with an electronic signature, and attach the required documents. The agency emphasized that the remaining functionality of the "Personal Account" service on the Rosreestr website for individuals is still available for use.
