The Ministry of Transport of the Kirov Region has announced the start of work on updating road markings on regional and intermunicipal highways. The contractor is "Vyatavtodor."
The first areas to be addressed are sections of the backbone network with the most intense traffic and where public transport vehicles operate. The routes include:
Kirov – Strizhi – Orichi,
Kirov – Malmyzh – Vyatskie Polyany,
Kotelnich – Darovskoy.
As part of the work, axis and edge lines will be applied, and pedestrian crossing markings will be updated. Wear-resistant and reflective materials will be used.
The update of markings on all planned roads in the region is expected to be completed by May, weather permitting.
