A serial arsonist was caught in Kirov.

      Recently, a house on Gorbunova Street in Kirov burned down, where ten people lived. The police concluded that the cause was arson and opened a case under part 2 of article 167 of the Criminal Code (intentional destruction of someone else's property committed by arson). After some time, the police identified the suspected perpetrator. He turned out to be a 20-year-old native of the Urzhum district. He was detained at the moment he was trying to set fire to a neighboring house. It turned out that the young man was also involved in other fires. The police believe that he set fire to a "Gazelle" on Bereznikovskaya Street and a garage on Profsoyuznaya Street last autumn, causing damage to the owners in the amount of 200,000 and 500,000 rubles, respectively.
