Recall that earlier the Ministry of Finance of the Kirov Region announced the search for organizations that would provide a service in the form of a revolving credit line to finance the regional budget deficit and repay the region's debts. A total of two competitions were launched. The initial price for each of them was 299.8 million rubles. The debt limit for the revolving credit line in both cases is 1 billion rubles, and the funds are to be provided within 609 calendar days. Meanwhile, the government procurement website reports on the results of the competitions. In both cases, only one application was received, and they were deemed to meet the requirements. The participants proposed to provide loans for an amount equal to the initial price of the contracts. Thus, savings in the bidding process were not achieved. The names of the organizations (or organization) are still unknown.
