A resident of Slobodskoy was forced to fill in the cesspool after a neighbor's complaint.
The reason for the investigation was a cesspool located next to a residential house. It was not properly equipped, and waste regularly spilled onto the neighboring plot, violating sanitary standards and causing damage. The court ordered the landowner to dismantle the cesspool; however, she was in no hurry to comply with the decision, citing a lack of funds. After that, the bailiffs got involved in the case. The woman was repeatedly warned about the consequences, held administratively liable, and informed about the possibility of forced execution involving contractors and subsequent recovery of expenses. When the bailiffs notified the debtor of their readiness to carry out the work at her expense, the situation changed. The woman independently organized the pumping out of the contents, filled in the cesspool in accordance with the regulations, and tidied up the area. After an inspection confirmed the elimination of violations, the enforcement proceedings were concluded.
