Almost 2 thousand tons of debris and 800 cubic meters of garbage have been removed from the streets of Kirov.

      Contractors collected about 800 cubic meters of garbage, 1,500 tons of debris (sand, dust, small fractions from the roads), and another 85 cubic meters of waste after the first clean-up days. This was reported by the landscaping department.

      Currently, road services are focused on preparing for the May holidays — primarily cleaning the venues for events. Lawns are being cleaned manually with rakes: last year's leaves and small debris are being taken to landfills.

      At the same time, machinery continues to sweep sidewalks, wash roads, and clean traffic areas and curb zones. The landscaping department monitors the cleaning schedule daily. Violations are recorded and sent to contractors — they must promptly address them.
