On Tuesday, April 14, the head of the Kirov region is conducting another live line with the residents of the region. As Sokolov himself noted, more than 1,000 questions were received before the start of the live line, which the residents of Kirov asked via the MAX messenger. The governor, since even he is unable to answer a thousand questions during the live line, instructed his assistants to divide the questions into categories.

The first topic raised by the governor was the enrollment in the first grades. A question on this topic was asked by a resident of Kirov, Elena. The woman explained that she lives near a new school but is concerned that her child will not be admitted to the school at their place of residence. The resident mentioned that there are "a bunch of random people" registered in their building, whose children also have the right to enter the first grade at the new school. However, their families do not live there. In response, the governor stated that he knows and sees that such "rubber apartments" are appearing in Kirov. "As far as I understand, this is a business: people provide registration and receive some kind of payment for it. We ask the police to respond, but this temporary registration does not violate any rules," the governor reported. As a result, he instructed the regional education ministry to develop new rules so that the registration would be long-term and that the child would live with relatives. "This issue needs to be resolved immediately," Sokolov emphasized.

Next, Sokolov answered a question from the urban-type settlement of Leninskoye in the Shabalinsky district. Residents reported that local authorities want to close the kindergarten, even though it was built with federal funds, and place a technical school there. Parents take their children to this kindergarten and want to continue doing so. In response, Sokolov addressed the head of the Shabalinsky district and noted that "such actions are unacceptable."

Residents of Kotelnich asked the governor about the new school in Kotelnich: when it will be built. Sokolov reminded that this school was started by a Moscow firm and began "quite briskly." But then the construction stalled, and the contractor disappeared. A criminal case has been initiated against this contractor. "Now another contractor, from Kirov, is building it. He has a good reputation; he built a house for resettlers in Arbazh in a short time. I hope he will be able to complete the school by the contract deadlines. It needs to be finished by 2027. So that in the fall of 2027, children can already go to the new school," the governor noted.

The next question was about young teaching staff. "I was called Alexey Valentinovich. Although I am Alexander Valentinovich," Sokolov noted. The question concerned support measures for young teachers and the measures that the regional government intends to take to prevent the outflow of teaching staff. Sokolov noted that since 2022, there has been a payment for young teachers in the region. In rural areas, it amounts to 200,000 rubles, and in the city of Kirov, it is 100,000 rubles. "I instruct the education ministry to think again about support measures; maybe we will come up with something else," the governor noted.

In general, most of the questions that came in during the live line with Sokolov concerned the condition of Kirov roads: from various settlements and districts, people were interested in when a particular road would be brought into a normal passable condition. Remembering that "road" questions are invariably the main ones in any live line with Sokolov and that he gives instructions to the transport ministry or heads of districts and cities on each of them, it is unclear why the situation with the condition of roads in the region does not change.

Judging by the avalanche of questions that repeat from "line" to "line," regional officials, for some reason, are in no hurry to carry out the orders of Governor Sokolov, which he hands out to departments and local leaders.
