A Kirov resident was forced by the court to remove the dumps.

      The text is about the territory near house No. 59 on Proizvodstvennaya Street. The reason for the inspection was a complaint from a local resident. Specialists found piles of plant waste and logging residues on two sites with a total area of more than 140 square meters. During the inspection, the landowner was identified. By law, it is their responsibility to maintain the site in proper condition and eliminate such violations. However, the dumps were not removed voluntarily. In this regard, the ministry filed a lawsuit in the Lenin District Court. The agency demands that the landowner be ordered to remove the waste, as well as impose a judicial penalty of 500 rubles for each day of delay in complying with the decision. The ministry reminded that the responsibility for the condition of land plots lies with their owners.
