However, the salary is variable — from 72,000 to 133,000 rubles, meaning the final income heavily depends on the achievement of plans and KPIs. Nevertheless, this vacancy has the highest "ceiling" among all April offers in the city.
On the lower end, a medical rehabilitation doctor confidently leads. They are promised a stable 83,000 rubles plus a nice bonus — transportation to and from work. This vacancy took the top spot in the official ranking when offers are ranked by the attractiveness of conditions rather than by the upper limit.
Silver went to an internet connection technician with a salary of 80,000 to 110,000 rubles. However, the main attraction of this offer is not even the money, but the social package. The employer is ready to enroll the employee in a housing program: compensating mortgage interest or providing an interest-free loan for purchasing housing. Additionally, there is a vacation bonus and financial assistance.
The third spot was taken by the chief accountant. They are ready to pay 80,000 to 90,000 rubles per month.
