In Kirov, officers of the National Guard's private security discovered a man who had been reported missing.

Around eight o'clock in the evening, the patrol received a description of a Kirov resident born in 1983. According to his mother, the man suffers from a condition and may be disoriented. He left home, after which the woman was unable to find him on her own.
A few hours later, during a patrol in the Novovyatsky district on Sovetskaya Street, near the railway tracks, the National Guard officers noticed a man who was acting confused and was disoriented. His description matched the alert.
The private security officers handed over the found man to his relatives.
