As of the morning of April 12, 139 adjacent territories in five municipalities have been flooded. The highest number of floods has been recorded in Sanchursk. At the same time, over the past day, the water level there has decreased by 5 cm. Overall, ice drift and rising water levels continue on the region's rivers — over the course of a day, it has ranged from 4 to 70 cm. Meanwhile, a decline is already observed on small rivers, and the Kama River has completely cleared of ice. Emergency response teams and rescuers are on duty in the flooded areas, providing targeted assistance to residents. As noted by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the life support of the population has not been disrupted, and there is no need for evacuation. Specialists continue to carry out preventive measures. Temporary accommodation points have been prepared in case the situation worsens.
