The stamp features an astronaut observing a star cluster from a porthole. The designer-artist is S. Ulyanovsky. The print run is 168,000 copies. The denomination of the stamp is 65 rubles, and its size is 65×32.5 mm. It will soon be available at post offices in the Kirov region and other areas. The first impressions of the artistic cancellation mark were made at the planetarium of the Tsiolkovsky Museum. At the central post office in Kirov, located at 43 Spasskaya Street, residents and visitors can purchase the stamp and other postal materials with a space theme, as well as cancel their mail with special stamps for Cosmonautics Day and a stamp featuring the museum's emblem.
