Three foreigners will be tried in Kirov for attempting to sell mephedrone through "stash" spots.
According to the Kirov region's Ministry of Internal Affairs, the individuals involved did not have a permanent source of income and agreed to a "job" offer received through the internet. Under the direction of their curator, they were supposed to engage in the distribution of drugs through stash spots in various regions of Russia.
In August 2025, the accused arrived from Moscow to Kirov, where they rented an apartment in the southwestern part of the city. There, they received three wholesale batches of mephedrone weighing 150, 280, and 350 grams. They packaged the drug into smaller doses and distributed them across stash spots, passing the coordinates to their curator for further sale.
The illegal activity was intercepted by the drug control department. The suspects were detained, and during searches, narcotic substances and packaging equipment were seized from them.
During the investigation, the foreigners were held in custody. The investigation believes that their guilt is fully proven. The criminal case has been sent to the Lenin District Court of Kirov for substantive consideration.
The editorial team of Newsler.ru reminds that drug use harms health and threatens life.
