      "United Russia" remains the only political party in the country that regularly conducts open preliminary voting, giving citizens the opportunity to form the list of candidates themselves.

      The preliminary voting will take place from May 25 to May 31. Candidate registration will last until April 30. Voter registration will open on April 20 and close on May 29. Applications can be submitted on the official PG.ER.RU procedure website. The final list of candidates will be approved by the Party at the Congress in June.
