Berezina and Sokolov handed the keys to the resettlers.
As noted by Deputy Andrey Berezin, the resettlement program from emergency housing is among the priority development projects in the region, and deputies always support the allocation of funds from the budget for these purposes. The regional government website noted that residents of emergency houses are given a choice: to receive compensation for their housing, to move into an apartment purchased for the family on the secondary market, or to receive a new apartment equivalent to the one the family previously occupied.
77 apartments for resettlers from emergency housing have been purchased in a 17-story building at 25/1 Pushkin Street. In this same building, apartments will be purchased for orphans.
The representative of the developer, Ivan Krutihin, stated that the building is constructed from high-quality monolithic-brick materials, and modern thermal insulation materials have been used in the construction, which reduce heat loss and energy costs for heating.
The regional government noted that as part of the new phase of the program, about 1,000 more emergency houses are to be resettled in the Kirov region, of which 415 are located in the city of Kirov.
