A resident of Kirov paid off his debt only after the threat of arresting his old "Mazda."

      In the bailiff department for the Oktyabrsky district of Kirov, there was an enforcement proceeding against a 49-year-old man. He owed over 75,000 rubles to the company AO "Zetta Insurance," but for a long time, he ignored the demands for debt repayment.

      As reported by the bailiff service, the man did not take any action to pay off the debt. During the enforcement proceedings, the bailiff established that the debtor owned a car — a 2002 Mazda.

      After the man was handed a demand to provide the vehicle for seizure, the situation changed. Realizing the consequences, the Kirov resident promptly paid the entire debt amount, as well as the enforcement fee.

      As a result, it was not necessary to apply coercive measures.
