A case has been opened against the management company in Kirov due to water issues.
Recently, the State Housing Inspectorate of the Kirov Region received a complaint regarding the insufficiently high temperature of hot water in an apartment in Kirov on Kalinina Street. The Housing Inspectorate organized an inspection.
During the inspection, it was found that the utility service was indeed provided of inadequate quality from May 26, 2025, to February 25, 2026. In this regard, an administrative case was initiated against the management company under part 2 of Article 14.1.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The Housing Inspectorate added that since February 25, the service has been provided of proper quality.
