Kirov residents can submit an application for the first grade by mail.
This option is suitable for families who are far from the school during the admission campaign or are planning to move. Mail delivery allows sending a complete set of documents to the chosen educational institution with the ability to track the delivery.
Applications can be sent in various ways: by registered mail with a delivery notification, by valuable mail with an inventory of the contents, or through self-service zones in post offices.
The ability to submit documents by mail makes the process more accessible for parents who do not use electronic services or cannot personally visit the school.
The first wave of application submissions will last until June 30, 2026.
