As a result of the "Silver Constellation" competition, 21 projects will receive support.
This year, the competition was dedicated to the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia and the 90th anniversary of the Kirov region. A total of 90 applications were submitted for the competition. According to the results of the expert commission's work, 21 projects from 18 municipal entities of the Kirov region were recognized as winners.
The chairperson of the Kirov regional organization "Knowledge," Natalia Shedko, emphasized:
"Participants in the competition presented a wide range of initiatives — from cultural and educational events to enlightenment projects. Many of them are aimed at engaging youth, preserving historical memory, and fostering respect for the older generation. The active participation of the veterans themselves — the authors of the initiatives — adds special value to the projects. Their life experience, energy, and concern serve as an example for society."
In 2026, at the initiative of the organizers, the total grant fund and the size of the grants were increased, allowing for more projects to be supported and their scale to be expanded.
On Friday, April 3, a ceremony to award the winners will take place at the Kirov branch of the "United Russia" party.
