At night in Sovetsk, the National Guard detained a drunken woman who was shouting and banging on the windows of houses.
Around three o'clock in the morning, a patrol unit of the National Guard, while on a patrol route, received a report from the duty officer that on Pervomaiskaya Street in the city of Sovetsk, a woman, presumably in a state of alcohol intoxication, was shouting, swearing, banging on the windows of apartments on the first floors of buildings, and disturbing people’s sleep. Upon arrival at the scene, the National Guardsmen found a 39-year-old hooligan. The woman was "taken down" and handed over to the police for further investigation, the press service of the National Guard in the Kirov region reported. That same night, the National Guard unit was also dispatched to a medical facility in Sovetsk. An "Alarm" signal was received from the hospital. Upon arrival, the National Guardsmen were informed by the medical staff that a 38-year-old visitor had been identified in the hospital, who, while in a state of alcohol intoxication, was behaving rudely, shouting, using foul language, and was unresponsive to requests to calm down and leave the premises. The law enforcement officers detained the troublemaker and handed him over to the police.
