"United Russia" will include youth initiatives in the People's Program.

      At the forum, the Government reported on the implementation of the current program, while activists formulated proposals for the next one. Citizens also joined this work — over 20 thousand ideas have already been collected on the website result.rf.

      Participants of the round tables proposed a number of ideas: creating platforms for youth self-realization in every city, introducing a special legal regime in student campuses similar to free economic zones, as well as enhancing feedback with the authorities, developing sports, and other areas.

      Among the voiced initiatives for the People's Program are several proposals for developing tourist infrastructure. For example, the creation of visitor centers, the arrangement of recreation areas, and the development of new excursion routes. According to the authors of the initiative, proper landscaping of natural areas could attract up to 20 million visitors a year without harming the local ecosystem. Additionally, an educational project was presented during the discussion. Its essence lies in creating audio accompaniment for long-distance trains and informational stands at railway stations. Special attention was also given to issues of personnel training, the development of educational institutions' infrastructure, and career guidance. Vladimir Yakushev noted that "United Russia" promotes one of the most successful federal projects "Professionalitet" — 500 educational clusters have already been created. With the party's support, 50 advanced engineering schools have been established, and over 450 quantum centers and more than 300 IT cubes have been opened.

      It is planned that by the end of 2030, with the support of United Russia, 25 world-class student campuses will be built. Thanks to the measures taken, the prestige of working professions has significantly increased — last year, applicants submitted a record number of applications for college education, nearly 4 million. Also, at the initiative of the party, serious funds were allocated in the federal budget for the construction and renovation of kindergartens. As a result, more than 250 thousand new places have been created, and the problem of queues in preschool institutions has become less acute. "Now people have already forgotten what it means to stand in line for a kindergarten even before the child is born. This topic is hardly mentioned in citizens' proposals. Regional compensations for parental fees have also been introduced. Many families are completely exempt from it," said the Secretary of the Party's General Council, Vladimir Yakushev.

      Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko thanked the party for supporting socially significant changes in the field of child support and youth development: "United Russia," together with the Government, has laid a solid foundation in the field of education. We have ensured the availability of places in kindergartens for children aged 3 to 7 years. Over the past 5-6 years, more than a million new places have been created in schools. The flagship program of capital repairs, initiated by "United Russia" and supported by the President, has been key. Within the framework of the program, more than 6,500 schools have already been renovated.
