      The incident occurred on June 7, 2025, in one of the children's camps in the Orichevsky district. A nine-year-old boy fell from a playground element and broke his arm. As the inspection established, there was no proper supervision of the children by the camp staff at that time.

      However, a criminal case was not initiated — the investigation did not find any elements of a crime.

      Then the prosecutor's office intervened in the situation. In the child's interest, the supervisory authority filed a lawsuit demanding compensation for moral damage. The court sided with the plaintiff.

      As a result, the defendant was ordered to pay 200,000 rubles to the victim, as well as a fine of 100,000 rubles for refusing to resolve the issue voluntarily.
