In Kirov, the project "Roads of the Union of Gardeners of Russia" by Oleg Valenchuk has started.
On March 18, at the regular meeting, the chairpersons were informed about how to apply for free road grading in gardening associations. The grading program has been a real lifesaver for thousands of gardeners in the Kirov region for many years. Every year, heavy machinery brings more than 500 km of dirt roads into order. This initiative yields tangible results, improving the quality of life for summer residents and contributing to the development of gardening associations.
To have their gardening association included in the grading program for 2026, chairpersons must send the relevant applications to the Kirov branch of the Union of Gardeners by April 15. Based on these applications, a work schedule will be drawn up.
A representative from Roskomnadzor also addressed the leaders of the gardening associations, explaining how to deal with debtors within the law and how to properly handle the collection and processing of personal data. An employee from the "Bureau of Technical Inventory" informed the chairpersons that a decision has been made in the Kirov region to conduct a state cadastral assessment in 2026 for all land plots recorded in the Unified State Register of Real Estate located in the Kirov region.
"The School of Chairpersons in Kirov is not just an educational project, but an important step towards improving the quality of management of gardening associations," noted Oleg Valenchuk. "Training, experience sharing, and the creation of a community of like-minded individuals help chairpersons become more competent and confident in their actions. Ultimately, this leads to the creation of a comfortable and safe environment for all gardeners, which is our main goal."
