At the railway stations within the boundaries of the GZhD — a branch of OAO "RZhD," terminals for ticket sales based on domestic software have appeared. In the Kirov region, six such terminals are already in operation.
The machines are equipped with an intuitive interface and a second screen facing the passenger. This way, the passenger can see the available seats (just like the cashier) in the train car that are available for sale. This allows for a quicker decision on a comfortable seat and makes the process of obtaining a travel document more convenient.
