Recently, a resident of Kirov published an advertisement for the sale of a wolf's pelt on a relevant website. After that, an unknown person contacted her. He expressed his willingness to buy the item and sent the seller a link with a QR code via messenger.
The woman believed that she would receive payment this way, scanned the code, and confirmed the transaction. As a result, 63,000 rubles were withdrawn from her bank account.
After the incident, the Kirov resident contacted the police. A criminal case has been opened, and the identity of the fraudster is currently being established.
