Moscow Street in Kirov unexpectedly plunged into darkness.
Around 20:40, residents and visitors of the city who were peacefully strolling in the city center suddenly found themselves in semi-darkness. The streetlights on the section of Moscow from Lenin to Karl Marx stopped working. To this day, the lighting on one of the most popular streets for walks in the city has not been restored. The reasons are currently unknown.
