A service for finding land for construction has been launched in Kirov Oblast.

      The Rosreestr Office for the Kirov Region, together with the regional government, has launched the "Land for Construction" service. It allows users to search for land plots and areas that can be used for residential development.

      To date, the system contains information on 601 plots totaling 819 hectares that are in state or municipal ownership. The service is aimed at private individuals as well as developers and investors.

      To use the platform, go to nspd.gov.ru, log in via the Gosuslugi portal, select "Land for Construction" in the "NSPD Services" section, and use the filter by federal subject and municipality.

      Information on new plots is updated regularly, allowing users to always have access to up-to-date data. The service covers all of Russia, but already, using the Kirov Region as an example, it demonstrates a convenient way to find available land for housing construction.
