In the evening in Kirov, officers of the Rosgvardiya’s non-departmental security service responded to an "Alarm" at a shopping center on Moskovskaya Street. A 23-year-old man was found at the scene. According to the store manager, the visitor attempted to secretly take a bottle of cognac and a bottle of whiskey out of the sales area, hiding the alcohol in a bag; their combined value was about 9,000 rubles. It also emerged that three days earlier a similar young man had visited the same store and allegedly stole a bottle of cognac and two bottles of whiskey worth almost 15,000 rubles. The total damage may amount to about 24,000 rubles. When checking his documents, the Rosgvardiya officers discovered that the detainee was wanted as a suspect in a criminal theft case (Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The young man was handed over to police officers for further investigation.
