The prosecutor's office had a pensioner's driver's license revoked in court.
As reported by the supervisory authority, an inspection of compliance with road traffic safety legislation found that a man, despite holding a valid driver's license, is registered with a psychiatrist-narcologist. The medical condition is a mental disorder associated with alcohol dependence, which is a contraindication to driving. The prosecutor's office filed an administrative claim with the court. The court found the claim justified and terminated the citizen's right to operate motor vehicles. The enforcement of the court's decision is being monitored by the Nagorsky District Prosecutor's Office.
