In Nemsky District, a man stole 80,000 rubles from the homeowner after a feast.

      A resident of the village of Sosnovitsa in the Nemskiy District contacted the police to report a theft. The man said that the day before his brother had come to his house with an unknown person. After a shared meal everyone fell asleep.

      In the morning the homeowner discovered that the guest had disappeared, and with him the personal belongings and 80,000 rubles were missing. The victim contacted the police.

      During operational-search activities, officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs identified the suspect. He turned out to be a 49-year-old man with a prior conviction. He was detained in the Nolinsky District. The perpetrator had managed to spend part of the stolen money; the remaining amount was seized and returned to the owner.

      A criminal case has been opened on the theft causing significant damage to a citizen. The suspect was remanded in custody for the duration of the investigation.

      The prosecutor’s office has taken control of power and water outages in Podosinovets.

      In the Orichevsky District, a child who broke his arm at a camp will be paid 300,000 rubles.
