Almost 3,000 Kirov residents have signed social contracts to start businesses.
According to the regional government, a total of 5,058 social contracts were concluded over the course of a year. Of these, 2,968 were for carrying out entrepreneurial activities. More than half of such contracts were taken out by families with children, who have a priority right to receive this form of support.
In 2025, 1,587 parents entered into social contracts to start businesses, including 286 parents from large families.
The government notes that, based on an effectiveness assessment, per capita income increased for more than 80% of program participants, and for nearly 70% it exceeded the region’s established subsistence minimum.
