The National Guard was called twice to the café on Lenina Street: a brawl, dishes being smashed, and the detention of a wanted person.
According to the National Guard’s non-departmental security service, the first call was received on December 26. A 25-year-old patron was found in a café shouting and being rude to staff. Upon inspection it was discovered that the man was wanted under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (battery). He was detained and handed over to the police.
The next day the unit returned to the same café — this time because of two men born in 1990 and 1989. According to the establishment’s employees, they were drunk, causing a disturbance and bothering patrons. After being reprimanded, one of them began smashing dishes. The damage amounted to about one thousand rubles. Both offenders were also detained and handed over to the police.
Over the weekend Rosgvardiya crews responded to alarm calls at entertainment centres, cafés, saunas and hotels on Moskovskaya, Lenina, Sverdlova, Proizvodstvennaya, Kazanskaya, Volkova and Svoboda streets.
