The owner of a neglected plot in Lebyazhsky District will be punished.
In May, inspectors from Rosselkhoznadzor found that an agricultural land plot of 781 hectares, located in Lebyazhsky District and owned by a legal entity, had become overgrown with trees and shrubs. This is a violation of land legislation requirements. The landowner was ordered to remedy the violation by October 27. Despite this, the owner of the plot only partially remedied the violation. Part of the land, covering 332 hectares, remained overgrown. On December 25 a protocol was drawn up against the organization under Part 25 of Article 19.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, which was sent to the magistrate’s court.
