The best line managers for technological equipment repair have been identified at the KCHHK branch.

      Traditionally, the competition phase consisted of three stages. The first was an opening "calling card" round — participants explored the theme "My Calling" in the form of a poem, slogan, or presentation. Next, participants tested their theoretical knowledge through an examination made up of three parts of varying difficulty levels. The final stage was a practical assignment. Participants described repair techniques, identified defects in parts of machines and equipment, and also produced sketches outlining the solution.

      As a result of the competition, Vadim Pugin became the winner, Evgeny Tokmakov took second place, and Alexey Lyapunov came third. The prize-winners were awarded diplomas and cash prizes.
