A jealous resident of the Sovetsky District stabbed a "little rose" into a man's neck.
On the evening of November 21, a 41-year-old resident of the Sovetsky District, while intoxicated, became jealous of his common-law partner over her 45-year-old acquaintance and struck the man in the neck with a broken glass bottle. The killing did not occur — the victim managed to break free and run away. The victim’s brother gave him first aid and then called an ambulance crew, which took the man to the hospital. The incident occurred in one of the houses on Krupina Street in the village of Mokino.
A criminal case has been opened against the 41-year-old local resident. He is accused of committing an offense under part 3 of article 30 and part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder). At present, the suspect is in custody.
An investigator from the Investigative Committee of Russia is establishing all the circumstances of the incident and is collecting and securing the evidentiary base.
