3,682 spectators attended Rodina's first home match.

      The first home game of "Rodina" in the Russian bandy championship caused a stir. Officially it drew 3,682 spectators — two to three times more than any match of the "Dynamo" football team. Interestingly, practically every modest success of the footballers was met with an enthusiastic post by the head of the region, even though it was only the second division. The victory of the only team in the region playing in the Super League, however, did not elicit such emotions. To be fair, the ice hockey players of "Olimpiya", who successfully represent the region in the country's Higher League in ice hockey, receive roughly the same level of neglect. The priorities are clear... The match itself was very tense. "Rodina" opened the scoring in the 35th minute, but by the start of the second half the visitors were leading 2–1. The decisive stretch came in the middle of the second half, when our players scored two goals. "Rodina" defended successfully for the remainder of the game and ultimately secured their first victory in the championship. On Wednesday, November 26, our team will play "Sibselmash" of Novosibirsk.
