The Department of Mass Communications of the regional administration announced a tender for the production and broadcast of two themed video clips. The procurement description specifies that the first video clip will be devoted to combating corruption. Its cost is 376,666.67 rubles. Running time – 4 minutes. The clip is planned to be aired on local TV channels 14 times. Broadcasts will take place both in the morning (from 7:00 to 9:00) and in the evening (from 19:00 to 22:00) on weekdays. On weekends the broadcasts will be carried out from 15:00 to 23:00.
The second procurement addresses the topic of interethnic relations and countering extremism. The duration of this video segment will be 2 minutes. It will be shown in the evening, in prime time, as part of regional news programs.
The contractor is required to strictly comply with federal laws on mass media, advertising and countering extremism. Special attention is being paid to the quality of filming and sound – professional specialists and modern equipment will be engaged for the work.
Recall that earlier the Department of Mass Communications of Kirov Region posted on the public procurement portal two draft contracts at once for the creation and broadcast of news segments about the activities of the regional authorities. The cost of each contract is 4,941,599.76 rubles, and the total amount is almost 9.9 million rubles.
