      It became known that the dog belonged to a local resident who periodically let it out for walks. Acting in the girl’s interest, the Kotelnich interdistrict prosecutor’s office went to court seeking to recover compensation for moral damages from the dog’s owner. The court granted the claim and ordered him to pay the child 100,000 rubles.
