Bailiffs in Vyatskiye Polyany recovered 29 million rubles in unpaid wages.
The total amount of the debt exceeded 29 million rubles, the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia for the Kirov Region reported.
The employees diligently performed their duties, but the money owed under their employment contracts was never received. The court ruled in the employees' favor and ordered the company to repay the debts.
The enforcement documents were sent to the Vyatskopolyansky department of the bailiffs, where proceedings were opened. Since the organization did not comply with the court decision voluntarily, the bailiffs took coercive measures — they seized property and enforced collection against the debtor's property rights.
As a result of the measures taken and the subsequent sale of the seized property, the wage arrears were paid in full.
The employees' labor rights have been restored, the FSSP directorate noted.
