Scammers create fake groups in the name of the Ministry of Education.

      According to the ministry, attackers invite heads of educational organizations into fake chats where they post messages containing links to follow. Their goal is to gain access to personal data and to hack users' accounts.

      The Ministry of Education stressed that the ministry’s official groups can be easily identified by verified channels of communication and authenticated sources.

      The ministry strongly recommends:

      - verifying the authenticity of groups before joining;

      - not following suspicious links;

      - not sharing personal information with third parties;

      - ignoring dubious invitations and messages.

      The Ministry also reminds that all current information is published on the official website and on the ministry’s verified accounts.
