In October of last year a 22-year-old resident of the Arbazhsky District conspired with an unidentified person. The young man arranged with him for a counterfeit driver's license to be produced. For this the man provided his photograph and a payment of 60,000 rubles.
On February 15 of this year the young man was unlawfully driving a Lada Vesta, and at one point he was stopped by traffic police on a road in the urban-type settlement of Tuzha. At the time of the check he used the fake license, presenting it to the police.
A criminal case was opened against the resident of Arbazhsky District. He was found guilty under Part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of a forged driver's license). The court, taking into account the severity of the offense and information about his character, sentenced the young man to four months' restriction of liberty.
