The United Credit Bureau released data on the credit activity of Russians in September 2025. Kirov Oblast entered the country's top 40 regions by volume of loans issued, ranking 39th. In September, residents of the region took out 26.73 thousand loans totaling 6.8 billion rubles. Compared with August, the number of loans issued fell by 5% and the lending volume decreased by 12%. A month earlier, Kirov residents had received 28.25 thousand loans worth 7.69 billion rubles. The credit activity of Kirov Oblast's population stood at 2.3 loans per 100 residents of the region. This figure corresponds to the national average.
