
Employers in Kirov Oblast posted 19,000 vacancies during the quarter.
According to hh.ru, in the third quarter of 2025 employers in the Kirov region posted 19.2 thousand vacancies. Most often work was offered to call‑center operators and contact‑center specialists — over 2 thousand vacancies (11% of all offers). The median salary in this category was 54.8 thousand rubles. In second place by number of offers are drivers (1.6 thousand vacancies, 8%), who are offered an average of 205 thousand rubles. Rounding out the top three are sales and customer relations managers (1.1 thousand vacancies, 6%, 75.6 thousand rubles).
With a 5% share are general laborers (117.5 thousand rubles) and sales consultants and cashiers (47 thousand rubles). Accounting for 3% of the market are loaders (35.1 thousand rubles), cooks, bakers and pastry chefs (54.6 thousand rubles), as well as packers and order pickers (96.2 thousand rubles).
With a 2% share are welders (244.3 thousand rubles), machinists (82.7 thousand rubles), couriers (144.9 thousand rubles), accountants (55.3 thousand rubles), plumbers (97.5 thousand rubles), doctors (99.5 thousand rubles) and electrical installers (140 thousand rubles). Accounting for 1% each are turners, assemblers, administrators, warehouse workers and technologists.
Salaries grew over the year in almost all occupations in the ranking. The largest increases were shown by welders (+92.8 thousand rubles), drivers (+83.5 thousand rubles), electrical installers (+74.7 thousand rubles), technologists (+49.6 thousand rubles) and assemblers (+43.2 thousand rubles). Income growth was also recorded for plumbers, general laborers, couriers, sales managers and call‑center operators.
At the same time, a slight decrease in salaries was observed for doctors (–200 rubles), machinists (–8.7 thousand rubles), loaders (–10.6 thousand rubles) and packers and order pickers (–53.8 thousand rubles).
According to analysts, employers in the region are gradually broadening their staffing needs, and the employment structure is becoming more balanced — both blue‑collar and office specialists are in demand.
