The deadline for all payments is December 1. According to the regional office of the Federal Tax Service, about 350,000 notices have already been delivered to Kirov residents electronically via personal accounts on the tax authority's website and on the Gosuslugi portal. Another roughly 240,000 letters will be sent by regular mail. Notices are being sent to owners of taxable property — vehicles, land plots and real estate. Amounts under 300 rubles are an exception: such notices are sent once every three years. Notices are not sent to taxpayers who have a tax overpayment or to those exempted from paying taxes.
