In Kirov, a draft law has been developed to completely ban the sale of vapes.

      The Legislative Assembly discussed a draft law that provides for a complete ban on the sale of vapes and their components. Deputies proposed establishing the ban at the federal level. During the meeting, lawmakers and government representatives noted that vaping causes serious harm to health. Participants also proposed further regulating the sale of e-liquids, taking into account the specifics of online commerce, and establishing liability for violating the ban. The majority of parliamentarians supported the initiative. Work on the document will continue, and as early as November the bill may be submitted for consideration at a plenary session of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region.
