A professional skills competition among line managers was held at the KChKhK branch.

      Thirteen employees took part in the competition. The first stage was devoted to self-presentation: contestants presented their solution to a management case study. The next stage tested theoretical knowledge. Participants took a 40-question test covering occupational health, industrial and fire safety, first aid and other important topics. The final segment was the practical part, where contestants solved situational problems and defended their plan before the judging panel.

      According to the results of the competition, first place went to Konstantin Shishkin, second to Evgeny Vozisov, and third place was taken by Maxim Belosludtsev. The winners were presented with diplomas, gifts and cash prizes. They will also represent the enterprise at the corporate stage of the championship among the enterprises of the Uralchem Group.
