In Falyonki, residents of three houses live on a water schedule.
Residents of the houses at 97 and 97a Svobody Street and 52 Kommuny Street in the settlement of Falyonki have been suffering from low water pressure for several years. According to them, the situation worsened particularly in the spring. Water flows well only at night; at other times it either doesn't come at all or runs as a thin trickle.
The shortage is especially acute from 5 to 8 a.m. and from 5 to 9 p.m. — during these hours there is no water at all. Residents have to schedule laundry and dishwashing, storing water in bottles in advance. The only working public tap is on Zheleznodorozhnaya Street, almost a kilometer from the houses.
Appeals to the State Housing Inspectorate (GZHI) and the local water supply company have produced no results. The district administration said that the pumps at the wells will be replaced only in 2026. Residents appealed to the People's Front for help, and after its intervention the administration launched an inspection. Since September 24, residents have been awaiting reconnection to the Falyonki bread factory's new well. If the pressure disappears again, People's Front activists intend to appeal to the prosecutor's office.
