Energy companies and housing management companies were punished for incorrectly calculating heating charges.

      Earlier, residents of the building at Molodoy Gvardii 6 / Uritskogo 11 contacted the State Housing Inspectorate. They complained that heating charges were being calculated not in accordance with the readings of the building's heat energy meter. They also reported that the resource is supplied by PJSC T Plus and the building is serviced by LLC Kirov City Housing and Utilities. The State Housing Inspectorate conducted an inspection and issued orders to the legal entities to remedy the violations. They were also held administratively liable. After that, charges began to be calculated based on the building-wide meter's readings.
